Mercy, Courage, Action Resistance Campaign

Many of you will remember the Presidential Inaugural worship service at the Washington National Cathedral where Bishop Mariann Budde implored Trump to have mercy on our undocumented siblings living and working in the United States. A small group of us who wanted to make a response to her plea met multiple times and finally developed the Mercy, Courage Action Resistance Campaign as a way to participate in being a resister to the Trump regime and to stand in solidarity with Bp. Budde.

The Campaign is designed for people across the country to engage as they are able by going online and purchasing buttons, bumper stickers, wristbands, yard signs or billboards. We host a virtual call each month to simply check in with the folks who choose to join that call about what is going on in their particular area and to offer support to one another as we continue to work to be as faithful as possible in our resistance.

So, we are asking all who will join us in this endeavor to wear a button, place a yard sign on your lawn, buy a billboard as a public witness, but more importantly than all of that will be your standing in solidarity in your heart with all who are suffering from this current horror.
